🎖️Today we are marking Armed Forces Day with a specially designed 30-minute Be Military Fit workout to honour our dedicated military personnel, and we invite YOU and a partner to get involved!

Recognising the dedication, discipline and courage of our service men and women, we are going to get your hearts pumping and bodies moving. From low planks to mountain climbers, this workout will challenge you to push your limits and sweat it out, in honour of those who serve. 💪

Our Armed Forces Day workout is a chance for us to come together as a community, reach new heights, and experience a taste of the physical challenges our armed forces face. But it’s not all about fitness; it's about building camaraderie and fostering a spirit of unity. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or a beginner, we encourage you to give it a go.

So join us in paying tribute to our Armed Forces by taking part in this training session led by Be Military Fit trainers Sean and Jackson, and let's create a wave of motivation and support for the brave men and women who serve our country with unwavering dedication.
