😭 PLEASE STOP FOCUSSING ON SMALL BU****IT 😭
If you don't have the basics of your diet (eg. Your calorie and macro intake) dialled in, PLEASE don't waste your time or mine by overcomplicating it with things like meal timing, excluding entire food groups or macros, or arbitrary rules that make your diet insanely difficult to stick to
Just focus on the rudiments (lol) of a good diet, and keep things as simple as possible:
- 250 calories over or under maintenance depending on your goal
- getting your low intensity cardio in (10k steps a day is a great baseline!)
- hitting weights hard, so that it actually does something rather than just waste time!
