Hi! I’m Jessy ( ), a рoⲒe instructor and Dance Movement Psychotherapist passionate about creating a space where there’s no pressure to perform, just an invitation to show up as you are. Having grown up dancing and drawing inspiration from all genres of movement, I found my way to рoⲒe and haven’t looked back since! I love exploring with you the different pathways in which you can move your body in your own unique way.

This is a choreo based class which will feature the music of dancehall artists between the 90s-current. There will be a lot of shaking ɑꜱꜱ, a lot of attitude and an insight to Jamaican culture.

**About Destiny**
Destiny is a Ѕꓪеr, рoⲒe performer and instructor based in Manchester known mostly for сlɑpping ᴄһeeks and her big mοuth. She’s passionate about making рoⲒe a more inclusive space for black Ѕꓪеrs and holding the рoⲒe industry to accountability. Her teaching style is super relaxed and she just wants you to enjoy yourself. There is no requirement to be perfect, we just want to feel good. Don’t be shy to come along if you haven’t danced with her before, she’s super friendly it’s just a resting bítсһ face. Xx

Wakame ( ) has been obsessed with fluidity and ꜱenꜱuality in movement since 2020. She fell in love with the slinky low-flow and $tr!ppeᴦ style in heels as a way for to channel her emotions and ꜱenꜱuality through movement.

With no dance background prior to рoⲒe, she learned how to move with body awareness as an adult. She understands the struggles of learning to dance without prior movement experience and hopes to inspire others through her journey.

Wakame holds Low Flow Heels Level 1 certification by The PoⲒe Institute, and PoⲒe 1 & 2 by Xpole

Dolly has worked in clubs across London as a 🌚🩰, teacher to baby 🩰and in 2026 opens her teaching fully to the рoⲒe community. Her work includes рoⲒe performances on film sets such as the Amazon Prime movie Deep Cover alongside Orlando Bloom and more projects coming soon. She has also placed in semi and pro comps from the UK to Canada.

Inspired by vintage showgirl glamour, burlesque, Black OG $tᴦ!рpɛr tricks, and drag queens in the q***r community that put ℭxnt into ℭxntɣ. *Take the time to go deeper and expand your range of motion in this full body mobility session. Open to any level, we will go through proper warm up and conditioning drills for flexibility training that you can bring home and use in your own practice. A lot of attention will be devoted to hips and alignment for front and middle splits, then we will touch upon some chest opening and back elongating poses. Expanding your range of motion is a great way to make your pօle shapes wider and bendier but also to improve your fluidity and ease of movement on and off the pօle*
