QPR FC then formed a youth section with the teams coming under the banner of
‘QPR Ladies FC’. No fewer than five underage teams competed in the Hertfordshire Girls league, the teams were managed by committee members who were parents of players in the teams. In 2005 the CEO of the professional football club decided for the girls teams to be run from within the Football in the Community Scheme. As
a result, all teams are now managed by Community Trust staff, and the girls club achieved the FA Charter Standard award for having best practice policies and procedures in place. The girl’s youth section is totally self funding. Constitution

To continue developing the technical ability of young players enabling them to play at the highest level of women’s football. Having set up one Player Development Centre we aim to set up 2 more centres in West London. To apply for a FA Centre of Excellence licence, this will enable QPR FC to compete with Premiership clubs both locally and nationally.
