Small group lessons for adults and children from aged 3 years at the Crowne Plaza London Docklands hotel, Aloft Excel Hotel (in the Royal Docks) and Sir John Cass Secondary School in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Most adults who can't swim say the same thing: 'I've been meaning to sort it for years.' We understand. Learning to swim as an adult takes real courage - and the wrong environment makes it so much harder. Our adult lessons at Crowne Plaza London Docklands, Royal Docks are small, calm, and completely judgement-free.

Water confidence is not a nice-to-have. It's a life skill. This week is RLSS Drowning Prevention Week - a reminder of why learning to swim matters.

At Love to Swim, we help children and adults build real water confidence:

One of the questions we're asked most often: "When should my child start swimming lessons?" The honest answer? Earlier is better - but it's never too late to start. At Love to Swim, we teach children who are a variety of ages across three East London pools: · Crowne Plaza London Docklands, Royal Docks · Aloft Excel Hotel, Royal Docks · Stepney All Saints, Tower Hamlets Maximum 5 children per class. ☀️ Summer swimming short courses - now available to book!

Love to Swim will be running summer short courses at Crowne Plaza London Docklands Hotel, Royal Docks.

Choose from:

Week 1: 27th – 31st July
Week 2: 3rd – 7th August
Week 3: 10th – 14th August

Children’s lessons run between 4:00 – 6:30pm.
Adult lessons are available from 6:30pm.
Private lessons are available at various times.

Perfect for those who need a confidence boost, extra practice over the summer, or a focused week of swimming.
