SOAS Jindokai It means 'Society of the Way of Benevolence'. If you hit hard, repair the damage twice over. If you do good in the first place, you won't have to hit hard.

The Okinawan karate style of Shorin ryu is the principal art taught and exponents may ascend the grading ladder to 8 dan. Subsidiary or optional studies are available in Goju ryu (to 7 dan), Shotokan (to 4 dan), and also in goshin jutsu, aiki jutsu (to 5 dan under Brian Rogers), iaido (to 3 dan under Chris Baron), and kobudo.
