Studio Update 🚨

Thankfully we have had technicians on site today to resolve the issue of the water damage/leak which is rectified. They are still on site finishing up but will be completely done by around 7PM.

The studio is back open as normal with classes resuming from tomorrow.

MEMBER NOTICE 🚨

We have unfortunately had some issues today with a leak that has mainly been going into the studio area. We have tried to resolve the issue and had someone on site earlier today however they required another technician with them to fix the issue so will be back on site tomorrow.

All classes will be closed tomorrow but we hope the studio area will be back to normal from Wednesday.

We apologise for any inconvenience 💜

As part of our series, we sat down with member Matt from to ask what makes him feel most powerful.

Matt has cerebral palsy, which affects his left side, and has been a member at AF for 13 years. In 2017, Matt entered into disabled bodybuilding, competing nationally and internationally, and is passionate about helping others in the disability community get better access to gyms.

For Matt, feeling powerful is about bringing the people around him up - helping others find what works for them and become the best version of themselves.
