Releasing the ribcage ✨

Place small massage balls or a rolled towel on the front of your ribcage and slowly lower yourself down, let your arms support you at first, easing into the pressure when you feel ready.

Then shift to your back, rolling the balls along the ribcage, shoulders, and upper back to release held tension wherever you find it.
