The yoga I’m practicing is not very difficult or physically challenging. I don’t want a challenge. I want peace and freedom. And that’s exactly what I get. Every time after yoga I feel peaceful, free and powerful. And my body is stretching, getting stronger and more carefree. I’m still a beginner, I can’t do what other yogis can but I want to share what I’m feeling with you
