It has been an amazing year, making new long lasting friends, best friends- playing, travelling, sharing, developing.
Wholesome and made my life in London special.
We will have our last Playday, maybe it will be across the globe, maybe back in London, who knows.

The details for this month’s Playday!

This time we are exploring the art of Poi and flow. Followed by a handstand workshop (as requested by everyone 😅).

Of course, we will grab some food and a drink after as we have earned it!

It’s all about play and having fun moving, participate the way you feel and meet some awesome friends.

DM or comment below if you want to join as we do have limited space.

We appreciate If you are able to contribute to the expenses of the venue and the guest coach but don’t worry if you aren’t able too.
