Well done to Team Tiger Crane for their performance at the BCCMA National Sanda & Qingda Championships. They fought bravely and came home with a silver and bronze medal. Looking foward to coming back next year!

Here are some photos from Italy Camp 2026. It was a great week of training in the Italian heat with amazing food and scenery. Highlights were the local restaurant where we ate every day with exquisite homemade food and exploring the nearby town of Arezzo (with jousting display!) Within training time, we focused on gaining deeper understanding of the broader concepts of kung fu and improving forms and understanding application. We hope to see many more faces next time we visit Italy in 2027!

Yesterday, Tiger Crane Kung Fu’s forms squad competed at the 2026 BCCMA National Traditional Wushu Taolu Championships. We had great success and came home with 5 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals. We are so proud of everyone who competed with a team of 10. Our team placed 2nd overall. Well done Team Tiger Crane!

Last weekend we held a Kung fu camp in Kent and focused on developing forms and learning White Crane Kung Fu. Head Instructor Dave made a Thai red curry for lunch and we finished with a visit to the Bush, Blackbird & Thrush in East Peckham.

A late international women’s day contribution! Last weekend we held a kung fu camp in Kent and here is a video of the women who were attending performing a Yong Chun White Crane Kung Fu form. Yong Chun White Crane was founded by a woman near the end of the Ming Dynasty.
