Last weekend at grapple city won Gold in his division and due to some questionable refereeing acjeoevd bronze in Absolute, ALL whilst fasting in Ramadan. ☝🏽

We have an amazing 4 day seminar coming up in November with Mestre Vinicius Aieta, the "World champion maker".

Mestre Vinicius is the Head coach of Gracie Tijuca and one of the main coaches of the Gracie Humaita Assoc. He has coached countless world champions and is one of the most respected coaches in the Jiu jitsu world. We are please to announce that he will be teaching throughout the week at our dojo in East London.
