The workshop so many parents have been waiting for is finally here: “Finding the Right Agent – What Parents Need to Know.”

🤔 Does your child actually need an agent? Maybe you’re unsure where to begin, or what questions to ask to make sure an agent is the right fit. Do you even know the basic rules and regs around engaging with an agent?

💼💷 The truth is agents play an important role in the football industry, but many parents are left in the dark when it comes to navigating this side of the business. Finding the right one isn’t that straightforward and if things go wrong, it can make or break a young player’s career. It’s easy for parents to get it wrong, not because they don’t care, but simply because there’s nowhere obvious to turn, there’s lots of hearsay, and expectations that don’t quite match reality.

In a recent interview with leading sports lawyer Daniel Geey (), we covered everything from football contracts to the real role of agents. Daniel made it clear: picking an agent isn’t about chasing big names, but about understanding relationships, negotiation skills, and what your child truly needs.
