Deeply personal connections with Dervish whirling dance 🌀

The main purpose of Şifa whirling Dance classes is to explore and maintain the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. By detaching from time and space, one aims to return to the core. The dance classes, prepared with an organic, dynamic, and holistic perspective, last for two hours. Within this time frame, you will learn the basic principles and evaluate them through contemporary approaches. With breath exercises and basic knowledge of movement anatomy, you will contribute to your posture health, and you can add a new experience to your personal dance and movement clarity.
