Our Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 22nd July 2026 at 8.00pm at the clubhouse.

2. Notes of last meeting & matters arising
3. Chief Executive’s Report
4. Presentation of accounts for 2024/25
5. Election of Officers
6. Appointment of President & Vice Presidents
7. Any Other Business

Nominations for Items 5 & 6 must be sent to [email protected] by close of play Monday 6th July.

The CEO’s report, notes from the previous meeting, and the 2024–25 accounts will be uploaded to the Documents section of the website. Please note that you must be a registered member to access these files.

This is your opportunity to have a say in the direction of the club — or, more importantly, to step forward and volunteer for one of the many roles that keep Charlton Park moving forward.
