Robbie is a registered dietitian from London, where he currently works as a health coach and nutritionist. Having previously worked as clinical dietitian in UK hospitals, Robbie now supports a range of clients to improve their nutritional intake to achieve weight loss & long-term health goals.

Robbie has a wealth of experience adapting different diets to the individual needs of his clients, some of whom include Olympic standard athletes.

▪️Use the opposite arm to the leg in front to hold the other end of the band.
