"Wow, is that actually me? Are those my muscles? Are those my arms, is that my back?"

Smitha is a GP and entrepreneur in her early 40s. A first-time mum who'd never lifted a weight in her life.

Before this, she was faffing around with 3kg dumbbells. Now she's got two 20kg dumbbells in her hands.

She built that physique entirely at home. A bench, adjustable dumbbells, workouts fitted around nap times in her home office.

No gym. A bench and adjustable dumbbells in her home office. From scratch.

14 months postpartum. Photoshoot ready.

Mark Shaw is a 55-year-old property entrepreneur and father of 3.

Over 25 years he built and ran his businesses, sold them, and retired at 50.

But for most of those years, his health was falling apart.

On New Year's Eve 2020, he sat down in the middle of a song, out of breath, sweating. His family filmed it.

"When I saw the clip the next day, I was appalled. My stomach was hanging over my shorts. Just looking at the width of it, all the layers and wrinkles. I've never actually seen that before."

34kg later, the indigestion is gone. The inhaler is gone. His energy carries him through to 10, 11 o'clock at night without flagging.

Swipe to read how he did it. →

(Recipes included)

Many people think they need to give up their favourite Indian foods to get in shape.

Daksha's experience was the opposite.

As a plant-based mum of two with a full-time job, she got into the best shape of her life without
completely changing the way she ate.

Instead of cutting out the foods she enjoyed, she focused on:

→ Getting enough protein
→Being more intentional with portions and cooking methods
→ Following a structure she could actually stick to

The result?

More confidence, more energy, and the best shape of her life without cutting out the foods that
matter most.

Your culture isn't the problem. Your strategy is.

Smitha is a GP and entrepreneur in her early 40s. A new mum who'd just moved to a city where she knew nobody.

On the outside, she looked fine. Slim. Running 5ks a few times a week. Nobody would have told her she had a problem.

But she knew.

Breakfast was toast with margarine and honey. Ravenous by 11am. Stressed at work she'd reach for biscuits and cookies just to keep going. Couldn't stop once she started. Too full for a proper meal afterwards. Energy crash. Repeat.

She joined RNT to fix it. Fell pregnant and paused 6 months in.

9 months postpartum it was a different story. She couldn't finish a 5k she used to run easily. None of her old clothes fit. Leggings and baggy t-shirts every morning. Husband travelling most of the week.

"I worried that this postpartum version of myself would be the new normal."

So she rejoined. No gym. A bench, adjustable dumbbells, and her home office. Trained while the baby napped, walked 10,000 steps pushing the pram, and took her own Tupperware to baby classes and brunches with women she'd just met. When they asked, she'd just say: "I'm on a transformation programme." And get on with it.

4 months later, she'd lost 10.9kg. Photoshoot ready. 14 months postpartum.

"Everything's hard. You just have to choose your hard."

Sheena is a South Asian mumpreneur in her 30s. She runs her own tutoring centre, is a mother of two, and trains at 5am most mornings.

This is her weekend.

She's been doing this consistently for over a year. Her tutoring centre has grown. Her confidence has grown with it.

"The increased energy has spiralled positively. Increased productivity at work. Being braver career-wise. I am skipping to places now."

33kg down. But that's not what she talks about most.

These are the days that build everything.

Just living the RNT way.
