I have been a boxer for over 50 years and a coach for more than 30. I have taught hundreds of boxers in Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines and South Africa and currently have a stable of elite amateur and 3 professional boxers. Training will be over 60-75 minutes and conducted in my home gym in Waterfall Country Village Estate. I will work you hard, no apologies for that. In return however you will dev

elop into an accomplished fighter and certainly become much fitter...... Don't worry - we will definitely have fun along the way as we strive towards reaching your goals.
