BLACK BELT PRESENTATIONS - DATES 💥

Here are the dates for all black belt presentations in each location over the next week..

• HARROW – TUE 23rd JUNE

• KENSINGTON – SAT 27th JUNE

• ST ALBANS – SAT 27th JUNE

• KINGSBURY – SUN 28th JUNE

• NORTHWOOD – MON 29th JUNE

• HEMEL HEMPSTEAD – MON 29th JUNE

Presentations are done at the beginning of your class. And each student who passed will be presented with their belt and certificate, and an opportunity for a photograph.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL OUR DADS 💥

A special thanks to the Dads on this day who work so hard and still find the time to bring the kids to classes and support them so much.

Well, to all parents (mum and dad). It’s hard being a parent, the pressure is very hard. I see the support you give your child and have to say it’s my honour to witness and be a part of. Thank you all.

A throwback to one of our classes in Kensington from a couple of years ago!

The focus of this lesson was a key principle of martial arts and combat strategy: creating opportunities and setting up your opponent for the final scoring technique. Timing, movement, control, and intelligent combinations all play a vital role.

There’s always something new to learn, and every class is packed with valuable lessons that help students grow in skill, confidence, and understanding.
