🔥 SPECIAL SUMMER NUNCHAKU TRAINING 🔥

More fantastic classes over the summer! This week it was time for the LEGENDARY NUNCHAKU-DO TRAINING! 💥🥋

As part of our extracurricular martial arts programme, Nunchaku training is an incredible activity for developing coordination, focus, control and skill — while learning one of the most famous traditional weapons in martial arts history.

For maximum safety, our students practise using foam safety Nunchaku, allowing everyone to learn, develop their technique and, most importantly, have great fun! 🙌

We’re proud to be one of the few martial arts schools to include this type of specialist training — and as you can see from the video, the students absolutely LOVE it! 🤩

🥋 NUNCHAKU TRAINING IN CLASSES THIS WEEK! 🥋

We’ve had some fantastic classes over the summer — and this week we’ve got something a little different! 👊

By popular request from our students, we’ll be running Nunchaku Demonstration Classes throughout the week! 🔥

We use foam safety nunchaku designed for maximum safety, while students learn some basic movements, techniques and forms.

Nunchaku training is a brilliant way to improve:

✅ Focus
✅ Coordination
✅ Control
✅ Timing
✅ Overall martial arts skill

And most importantly… it’s great fun! 😁

We only practise nunchaku around twice a year, so if you’re around this week, make sure you don’t miss it!

🥋💥 A GREAT WEEK OF KICK SHIELD TRAINING! 💥🥋

We’ve had some fantastic lessons over the last week, with students working hard on their kick shield training! 👏👏

Kick shields are GREAT for developing POWER, ACCURACY and CORRECT TECHNIQUE, and are an important part of every student’s development — as well as always being a lot of fun! 💥🙏

🥋 NEXT BLACK BELT GRADING DETAILS – NOVEMBER 2026 🥋

Here are all the dates for our November 2026 Black Belt Grading.

A Black Belt is earned, never given. Every session from now until grading day is an opportunity to improve your technique, fitness, power, knowledge and mindset.

Preparation starts now. Make every class count, attend all pre-grade sessions, train consistently and push yourself beyond your comfort zone. The students who prepare the best are the ones who perform with confidence on grading day.

This is your chance to show the results of months—and for many of you, years—of dedication and hard work.

Good luck to everyone aiming for Black Belt this November. We look forward to seeing your progress over the coming months! 👊🔥

We kicked off our Summer Classes in Kingsbury last Sunday with some fantastic sessions, including special technique training! 💥

Our Summer Classes are running throughout all of our schools for the entire summer holiday, with lots of exciting training planned along the way.

KENSINGTON SUMMER TIMES START FROM TOMORROW REMINDER -

SOME GREAT LESSONS OVER SUMMER-

We have some great lessons planned. Extra curriculum training such as REAL SELF DEFENCE/ NUNCHUKAS/ KICKBOXING/ SOME TAI CHI FOR ADULTS etc will be included in summer training. It’s always fun!

All classes go back to normal times on Saturday 5th September.
