We’re gearing up for the new season and have opportunities across the club for players, goalkeepers and coaches.

We have spaces in a number of age groups, from our younger teams right through to our older squads, with a mixture of newly formed and established teams.

✅ Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday options
✅ Sunday SELKENT League matches
✅ Qualified and developing coaches

🔥 RHINOS TUESDAY NIGHT GAME DRIVE 🔥

We’re launching a new Pay & Play technical session for players who want extra touches, sharper skills and more confidence on the ball.

The session will be run across 4 technical stations, with 4 coaches leading different drills. Players will be split into groups and rotate every 15 minutes, giving them a full hour of focused technical development.

The focus will include:

⚽ Ball mastery
⚽ 1v1 attacking
⚽ First touch
⚽ Passing & movement
⚽ Small-sided gameplay
⚽ Decision-making under pressure

This is perfect for players who want extra training outside of their normal team session.

🗓 Every Tuesday during the summer period
⏱ 1 hour session
💷 £9 per session – Pay & Play
👥 Open to Rhinos players and external players

🍺 Parents are welcome to stay and watch, with draught beers and cider available from the bar.

Tshepang Moremi, who came through the youth system at Sharpeville Benfica, now Sharpeville Rhinos, represented South Africa at the 2026 FIFA World Cup and even registered an assist.

That means the Rhinos have officially clocked World Cup minutes and a World Cup assist to their name! A brilliant reminder of where grassroots football, good coaching and giving young players an opportunity can lead. Hopefully, one day, a player from Blackheath Rhinos can follow the same path.

Congratulations to Tshepang Moremi and the wonderful coaches constantly doing amazing things down in Sharpeville!
