Reece Barclay BSc (Hons) – I have worked in the health and fitness industry from the age of 15, volunteering with local sports club. I became a fully qualified Exercise Professional in 2011 whilst continuing my professional development with level 4 qualifications, the highest attainable in the industry. I am currently working towards my exercise specialist qualificatio
n in exercise for cancer patients. I have always been a keen sportsman having competed in karate, squash and swimming, achieving national standard in all three disciplines. Still a fitness fanatic I am currently training hard for ultimate endurance event, the IronMan UK triathlon, which takes place later this year. My philosophy of training is that everyone can achieve their goals with the appropriate direction and level of commitment. It is my goal to make your session as specific, dynamic and challenging as possible whilst having fun! Qualifications;

Lucy Charles – I have always been extremely passionate about sport. For the past 13 years I have been a keen sportswoman, representing Great Britain in distance swimming for 4 years. I became a fully qualified Exercise Professional in 2012 whist also working towards my qualification in ‘sporting excellence’. Since the age of 16 I have been a local ambassador for sport, encouraging and motivating people from all walks of life to give sport a try. Despite being a swimming specialist I love all sports and I’m currently training hard for the ultimate endurance triathlon, the IronMan UK. My philosophy of training is to regularly take people out of their own comfort zones, in order to achieve quicker results and the self-confidence that comes with achieving something difficult. I train a wide spectrum of fitness, age and ability and like to think that all of my clients go away having been challenged! Qualifications;
