At the Shaolin Kung Fu & Tai Chi Centre (AKA Chinese Performing Arts Centre) you can learn authentic Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Sanshou (Chinese kickboxing) from Shifu Shi Heng Sheng, a 35th generation disciple from the Shaolin Temple Henan Province China. Studying a Chinese martial art has many benefits including improving your overall health and well-being. Our students train for man

y reasons including to achieve weight loss, improve fitness, flexibility, self defence, self confidence, relaxation, improved coordination and to focus the mind. We're based in Greenwich South East London, come along for a trial session.

Everyone is welcome to enrol : adult and children
The course will run for two weeks from Tuesday to Friday , from 10:00am to 3:00pm

One day training: £ 45
One Week training £ 160
Two weeks training £ 310
Book soon to avoid disappointment – places are limited
The camp is open to all levels and is designed to be a wholesome experience of kungfu forms, shaolin weapons acrobatics ,stamina and flexibility Shaolin Sanshou and sparring training.Extracurricular Activities Football Learn Chinese Etc.
Lunch will not included so please either bring your own pack lunch or there is a café downstairs

Class will be back on Sunday 13th August
(There will be some changes for the classes in August.)

During August only open

Tuesday ,Wednesday and Sunday.
Back to normal timetable in September.

Summer camp kungfu school will starts on 22st August to 31st August

10am to 3pm.
