The program ACHIEVEMENTS in 12 weeks were:
1- Body reshape
2- 11 KG of weight loss
3- Higher level of fitness level
4- Complete make over of my daily nutrition routine
5- Enhancement of the sleeping level

I started the Journey with Keron on one of the 12 WEEKS PROGRAM prior to the COVID-19.

For the first moment we talked I knew there is something different about this program.
We spent hours for identifying my objectives from this program and how it should be achieved from fitness and nutrition prospective.

After a great deal of very well organized and in-depth
questionnaire we had identified the targets and few days later the program was ready.

I had many difficulties in committing to the program due to my continuous travels. But that
was something that Keron had plan to overcome. During my travels he made a tailored
program for me to use in hotel gyms which is very less equipped so we don't lose the
momentum.

Not only this but during Quarantine he tailored a program for me to work out at home.

Nothing can take Keron away from his commitment towards achieving objectives.

This man is no joke, make no mistake about him, if you deviate from your target, you will
receive what I like to call "Keron's wake up call" trust me you will regret the day you deviated
from your goal haha.

My program was the online program imagine what would happen if you have the one on one program.

And I quote what Keron said to me in the first day "Commitment is a key, we are running a
marathon not a sprint slowly but surely we will win this Marathon" ..........and WE DID.

Its not every day you get to be in the presence of a UFC World champion and it was a pleasure to watch this lady train for her upcoming title defence. She's an absolute monster and can't wait to see her in action.

Good to be back on the grind in my favourite gym with some amazing people.
