Hi, I'm Jo Gillett, a YMCA NVQ Level II qualified fitness trainer with almost 25 years fitness industry experience. I am also a fully qualified Clubbercise instructor delivering classes in Havering. Check out the dates on this info page for classes, special events & special offers. There's no pressure if you've never done this before, just come along in some comfortable workout clothing & trainers

Hi Clubbers, just a note to say thanks for all the love & support you’ve given me over the past 10 years. I taught the last Clubbercise Upminster on Weds & we had the best time ever!!! Clubbers, with regret I have decided to close down the Weds Clubbercise class. The last fitness rave will be on March 25th. Unfortunately, the numbers haven’t been great since we came back from Christmas and if I’m honest, I never really returned to my fitness level after my op 2 years ago. So, I’m hanging up the glowsticks…..

Thanks for all the support over the last 10 years, it’s been a blast!!!! No class tomorrow but we’ll be back on March 18 & 25. We’ll make these last two classes as epic as the final closing party at Space!!! Xx
