I have relocated to Stratford-upon-Avon and am now teaching at Stratford Methodist Church, Zumba Gold in Great Alne and Wildmoor. I've been teaching Zumba for 13 years in South London and have recently relocated to beautiful Stratford-upon-Avon. I love to work hard, sweat dance, wiggle and shimmy to fantastic latin music. If you come to my classes you will dance so much that you won't realise that
you are working out, feel the power and energy of a Zumba class there is nothing like it. We have disco lights and loud pumping music and most of all we have fun. No experience necessary for all abilities just turn up, bring a sweat towel and plenty of water. Class follows with a 12 minute Cirlc Mobility cool-down. Breath work, mobility and flow to high frequency music.
