I am excited to announce that Ashley (Yuchen) Yang is our newest fully certified Romana’s Pilates Instructor!
Ashley is pint-sized and very cute, but do not let her cuteness fool you. Ashley is stronger than she looks and has more grit than folks twice her age and twice her size. Do not underestimate her; she is powerful, knowledgeable, and has a very fierce desire to learn and improve.
She has an eye for detail and a deep understanding of the Pilates practice. She is firm with her clients and demands strong technique, but still manages to be kind and nurturing. She will thoughtfully and kindly get the most out of her clients and do it all with the biggest smile on her face. She is always positive and eager to work hard.
Ashley not only managed to excel in all her Pilates exams, but she also managed to complete this very hard and demanding programme while holding down a very full-time corporate job. I am amazed and inspired by how much she has accomplished. I do not know how she balanced it all, but like I said, do not underestimate her. She is full of surprises, and her work ethic and talent will take her far.
We are so lucky to have Ashley as part of our teaching team at Kinetic Pilates. I am proud to have been part of her Pilates journey.
