Throwback a month where I was invited to jointly host a bootcamp in with and her crew of fitness animals πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Amazing evening witnessing this group push themselves to limits, feed off each others energy and just simply play in the 🌞

Loved being part of it and no doubts we would come up with something fun and feisty for this event to compliment the reputation this bootcamp already has going, so big thanks to and this entire crew for having me πŸ™

Also gotta give a shout out to who took these photos and captured so many more moments with a sharp eye for detail.

Loved being back in front of a group again. Been some time since my bootcamp and class instructing days. Truly got me πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ up and even better when it's alongside a long-time friend.

Mini-Cut complete! This time it was my turn.

1st two photos were taken today; next was 8 weeks ago. Stats at the end.

Weight:
96kg --> 86.5kg

Timeframe:
8 weeks (2 week's were de-loads actually running closer to maintenance calories)

Bodyfat:
15% --> 8.1%

Had some personal stuff going on which took its toll on appetite and muscle retention. But, got to follow the plan then adapt coz either you take control or sit in the passenger seat.

Now for maintenance before on to a slow lean bulk.

I takes an average of 3 months for others to notice physical change.

The first 1-2 weeks is often water fluctuations, then we can begin to gather data regarding your eating habits and implement changes to coincide with a structured weekly activity.

Say you started next week and really applied yourself... By May friends are asking questions, "You've changed since I saw you, what have you done?"
