Join me on Sunday 28th April 3pm-5pm for a delicious and deep restorative yoga class. We will start with somatic mobilisation which will give a profound sense of ease and then release you into fully supported restorative poses to unwind the effects of stress on the body and mind.
We will end with yoga Nidra ( guided meditation) to leave you feeling grounded.
The Sunday sessions which I run every other month from Autumn to Spring is great for anyone who has problems letting go, getting to sleep, those who feel anxious, angry, overwhelmed and sad. As well as those who want to show themselves a little love. No experience necessary.
