We offer children at schools in North West London the opportunity to attend an after-school club where they learn to flip, twist and tumble in one of the most exciting sport, gymnastics! Gymnastics is one of the best forms of exercise as it entails an all-around workout, including conditioning, strength, balance, and body control. an 17 years of experience on two continents, we have worked with children from as young as ten months up to 17 years, both on a competitive and a recreational level. We work under the concept that every child and group is unique, tailoring our lessons on the group rather then a set programme. When appropriate, we involve the children in goal setting activities to help them understand the importance of setting personal goals and how to achieve them.
