When the same coach is in front of the group week after week, children start the session already comfortable. They recognise who is there, they understand the structure, and they get on with it.

That continuity is part of how we run our sessions, and it is one of the small things that makes the biggest difference to how children take part.

Children mix across year groups, build friendships with children they would not normally see in their class, and end up part of a group that looks a little different to their school day group.
