After long week well deserved rest 😴

till we are all back at the gym! For the past few months most people have been through their ups and downs, time has been challenging to most of us. From working to staying home, from being active to staying still, from thinking we know people to realising we know nothing about them and vice versa, from hardly seeing our families to spending all days with them 🥰.
Life is slowly going back to "normal" but thinking deep into it, what's really normal??....
