Classes are designed by Su Hodgson, local personal trainer and mum of two, and aim to be fun, educational and inclusive. We give time-challenged parents a chance to feel energised and channel the extra energy of their little ones at the same time!
All fitness levels are welcome as kids don’t care how fit you are, they just enjoy being active with you; and we just care about you having fun getting fit together! Our goal is for you to enjoy it so much that, geared up with loads of active ideas, you carry on the fun at home.

Fun Factors for Children
• Themes to engage children 🦸♀️🦸🧙♀️🧚♀️👩🚀👑
Themes this half term: Pirates, Lions, The Seaside, Dinosaurs, Mini-beasts, Summer Party!
Themes in September: Under the Sea, Camping, Superheroes, Fairy Tales, Outer Space, The Circus
• Exciting story that children become part of
• Children playing with and leading parents/carers
• Opportunities to contribute their own moves and sound effects
Education:
• As we introduce the theme children are encouraged to share facts they already know, and learn new ones.
• Crafting promotes fine motor skills
• The workout teaches skills such as balance, coordination, agility, parts of the body, teamwork and independent skill building.
• The classes promote an underlying message that movement is fun and healthy.
• Story-telling help ignite little imaginations, improve vocabulary and context.
Inclusive
• Su specialises in Youth Exercise and Pre and Post-natal Exercise Design so has designed the workouts to be easy to understand and learn, and versatile in terms of high or low-impact and intensity
• Free-styling is completely welcome! We know kids sometimes prefer their own moves. We love that and encourage it. As long as everyone keeps moving it’s “mission fitness” accomplished!
We cant wait to see you there!😀
