There have been some big milestones hit at the gym lately which shows you just how consistent our members are
This is what happens when you make your training enjoyable, flexible timings so it’s easy to fit it around your life and create an amazing community of people
We haven’t re-invented fitness we just make sure we focus on what actually matters
So a massive congratulations to our amazing 81 year old super women who breezed past 100 sessions and continues to show everyone that age is just a number
To Susan for hitting 250 and smiling her way through every single session
To Andy, who after a long lay off with injury is back training hard every week
And Jools for wracking up 500 sessions (490 of which he didn’t book into 😂)
