The last few months I wake up grateful and happy to get to work and train my clients and teach my classes.
When I get home I’m even more grateful, thankful and fulfilled.
is an extremely special place. .boxing has built a positive, warm and homely ecosystem here.
As coaches/trainers/teachers we get a lot of thanks each day for what we deliver. But I am thankful each day for every person in this gym, teaching you all is the biggest gift.
Working along side the other coaches is a daily honour. I learn much simply being in their presence.
We don’t get many opportunities in life to truly be in a place of peace and fulfilment and I can confidently say I am here.
Here’s to peace, love, family and punching and kicking MFs daily 💛🖤🥊

Will greatly miss this for a month🥊But we’ve been through worse this year so let’s just hope we don’t get another kick in the dick soon.
Looks like it’s back to the garden for a spell even if it’s a wee bit chilly. I’m going to continue with my NOvember challenge of healthy eating and heavy training regardless.
