Yes I love working my abs! This little AB burner will get those abdominals toned and tight… give it a go and let me know how you feel!

Key tips:

- Keep chin lifting to ceiling
- Hands support the neck
- Complete 2 sets break for 60seconds then repeat
- OR if you’re feeling pumped, smash out all 4 sets with no break (just make sure your technique is in check)

Yes! The 28 DAY SIDE PLANK/PLANK CHALLENGE is here!

This challenge moves from side planks to regular planks with hold time increasing each week.

The challenge of a to be performed daily for 28 days consecutively.

Wk 1: 10sec each position
Wk 2: 15sec each position
Wk 3: 20sec each position
Wk 4: 25sec each position

Planks are a great addition to any workout, helping to improve balance, core strength and encourage full body muscle engagement.

Key tips:

• lock abs
• keep back flat (no arching)
• keep weight forward
• push away from floor (no slouching into shoulders)
• BREATHE
