Why every Judoka should try bouldering? 🧗‍♂️🥋

• Grip strength that actually transfers to gi fighting
• Explosive pulling power for throws
• Better balance + body control in awkward positions
• Stronger core = more stable kuzushi
• Problem-solving under pressure (just like randori)
• Injury resilience through varied movement
• Builds patience, focus, and mental toughness

There’s nothing like focused coaching to sharpen technique, build confidence, and push past limits.

Finished off with a brand new game of cat and mouse… safe to say it got competitive real fast 😅🐭🐱
