Globe House Yoga Globe House Yoga is a group of independent yoga teachers offering a range of different yoga styles i Classes are held throughout the week at convenient times.

Affordable and spacious yoga classes catering for complete beginners through to more advanced and experienced practitioners. The natural lighting and the open feeling of the space create a peaceful escape from urban stress. The Yoga classes are run by a mixture of independent teachers who teach a broad range of styles. All classes are drop in, but if possible contact the teacher beforehand. Mats, blocks and blankets are all available in the studio.

Workshop focus:
- Improve your posture and alignment by correcting the position of pelvis and with better alignment in Asana practice
- Understand the importance of your breathing (Pranayama)
- Use your breaths to bring more flow to Vinyasa
- Strengthening core muscles
- Learn how to apply Bandhas (Pelvic floor and abdominal muscles control)
- Learn deep relaxation in Yoga Nidra
