We know many of you will have concerns about working out in this uncertain time. The health and wellbeing of our clients and practitioners is our absolute priority during the current outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are taking all possible safety precautions. Since the outbreak, we have been, and are continuing to adhere to the most up to date W.H.O advice and the protocols advised by Public Health England.

All of our practitioners and staff are completely up to date on the current requirements and are undertaking extreme levels of health and safety precautions and implementing proactive procedures to ensure that the highest possible hygiene and infection control standards. Some of our recommended steps are below.

We encourage you to train at home or outdoors rather than in a gym environment.
Our personal trainers are disinfecting any mobile equipment they bring between client's sessions. We are also encouraging them to travel by car rather than public transport for sessions.
Both trainers and clients must wash their hands before and after sessions and keep physical contact to an absolute minimum.
We are phasing in online coaching over the coming weeks to prepare for increased social distancing. If you have any mild symptoms whatsoever, live with somebody vulnerable or have otherwise been advised to quarantine but want to keep up your training programme, please reach out to us for more details.

Not only is winter seemingly dragging on for a long time this year in the UK, but the recent outbreak of Covid-19 is also causing many people to worry about their immunity and hygiene practices.⁠

Unfortunately, there is no scientifically proven way to totally prevent yourself from catching a virus if you have the misfortune to come into contact with one, but you can help to give your immune system the best fighting chance.⁠

It's raining, it's Monday, and it's the last week of January. Many of us start the year full of aspirations - eating better, drinking less, exercising more or dedicating more time to meditation. Nothing makes us happier than making meaningful difference in our client's lives. Read on to find out how Peach founder Tim helped Zahir recover from injury:⁠

"In Jan 2019 I sustained a back injury and was diagnosed with a herniated disc with constant pain in all positions.⁠


I was referred to Tim by a medical doctor friend after unsuccessfully consulting a chiropractor and physiotherapist for multiple sessions. ⁠
I was immediately impressed with Tim's approach to the injury diagnosis and his dynamic attitude towards movement based recovery.⁠

Within the first 4 weeks we made massive improvements in pain reduction and dramatically increased range of motion and movement.⁠

We kept testing the boundaries and extent of range of motion over the following months with Tim making tailored adjustments based on each session’s learnings. This type of iterative approach towards healing enabled me to constantly improve and recover.⁠

Four months after starting my program with Tim, I have made a full recovery and back to all sports and high impact movements with full confidence.⁠
