✅Ending week 10 of with my first ever Half Marathon run 🏃‍♂️

Easy steady pace within zone 3.

AVG HR 146

Half way through - 9 weeks ahead.

No swimming 🏊‍♂️ added yet to the prel for race in July 2021, due to 🦠 😷 unfortunately..

Though that mean full focus on run 🏃‍♂️ and bike 🚴🏻 and set higher goal in London Duathlon race in April!💪🏻💥

Don’t stress about what you can’t change, rather focus on things you can improve and get better at and no matter what - STAY POSITIVE!💪🏻💥

Smile, ffs, Christmas is coming!🕺🏻🌲

22’12” wasn’t my fastest 5k, but I can say that today was the most confident 5k tempo I’ve ever run 🏃‍♂️ for sure💥
