Tanya Miller is a Fashion Designer turned Personal Trainer. I found my passion for fitness several years ago when I started to work from home and joined the gym to ensure that I was still exercising. Years later I qualified to teach Group Cycle and then wanted to study to become a personal trainer. I love the idea of being able to sculpt peoples bodies whilst making them fitter and stronger in the
