Lots of ideas but don’t know where to start?
🤯My MO is to have a bundle of ideas which I find very exciting until I wear myself out with the prospect of trying to bring them all to life. Exciting and exhausting (that sounds like me to a T!)

🥳Some ideas are meant to be just that. A passing moment of fizz and fun which disappear in a moment. And as Liz Gilbert says in Big Magic, some ideas are best gifted on to others when we’re not in a place to action them

28 Day Challenge Done!

🚀 I set myself the challenge of upping my exercise regime

🚀 I like the growth that a goal presents though the right balance of ‘comfort’ and ‘challenge’ is crucial

🚀I felt the struggle of having to make the conscious effort…and when I had a dip, I got encouragement from my supporters and explored what I was finding hard to stick with

🚀 I am giving myself a pat on the back. Part 1 of my 6 month plan complete and Part 2 looming! Bring it on!!

Feeling Fab! My birthday micro goal achieved and on the pathway to my big driving goal!

Psyching up for this wasn’t easy but now that I’m feeling a sense of accomplishment, I have greater strength to continue to onwards!

It’s OK to feel apprehensive and a tad scared…as long as you’re also feeling excited about all of the possibilities that are waiting to translate into your new reality.

Having a coach really can make all the difference to your mindset. A bit of an accountability nudge and the support to be aspirational is no bad thing!

Ever tried Forest Bathing?

Today with my co-leader Liz, we took our lovely group of participants to Cannizaro Park, Wimbledon for a calming forest bathing experience.

We enjoyed a full sensory immersion: the textures of trees, the sounds of crispy autumn leaves and snapping of dried twigs, a paired trust walk and experiencing a range of natural tree oils. Plus more besides!

All in all, it was a beautiful experience.

Are you listening or hearing?
It can be so frustrating not to be fully engaged with by the person who is supposedly listening to us! Yet when we are listened to, we often experience a deep connection which makes us feel so good, so valued and so respected.
