Glute Growth achieved!!! In 16 weeks!!
For women especially a real target will always be growing glutes and adding some shape to the lower body!
As you can see here my client has smashed it out of the park with some real solid glute growth. Weight has stayed the same practically throughout the whole of the 16 weeks and what we have done is add muscle mass in specific areas whilst reducing body fat across the physique.
How did we do this?
- trained lower body at least x2 a week 3 if recovery allowed
- Ate more fast digesting carbs around training windows to optimise growth and replenish glycogen
- kept steps at 10-12k daily
- cardio at 20 - 30 minutes x 3 a week
This process is very simple but so effective! All you need to understand is that if you want it enough you will work through any barriers including work, social life and any other commitments.
My role as the coach is to guide you through them challenges and make the slight adjustments week on week to get you in that best shape of your life.
