🚀 We kicked off the week with our Annual Training Event!
Bringing our full sports team together from across Norfolk & Hertfordshire, the day was focused on learning, development, collaboration and celebration. 🤝
At the heart of the day was one powerful message:

We also kept sight of the reason behind the work we do every day:

🏃 Practical delivery workshops to strengthen and enhance our coaching

🏆 Staff Awards, recognising and celebrating the outstanding contributions and achievements of our team
