🚨 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: No Theydon Bois Tonight! 🚨

Please note that our Tuesday Class Night at Theydon Bois is CLOSED TONIGHT (Tuesday, June 2nd) for one week only.

Don't worry, we aren't hanging up our dance shoes for long! We will be right back to our usual schedule next week on Tuesday, June 9th with all your favorite tunes, moves, and plenty of freestyle.

💃🕺 Can't wait until next week to dance? Use tonight to practice your favorite footwork in the kitchen, or come join us at another Ceroc Metro venue later this week!

On the surface, it looks beautifully simple, but there’s actually quite a lot going on. Leads, you’re using the follow’s elbow to guide the rotation, then disconnecting briefly as you switch sides, so there’s plenty to think about in both the lead and the timing.
