It’s not my first rodeo & the thing that strikes me most when I do what I do is the magic that emerges from just asking the right questions at the right time to enable realisation, insight & transformational discovery 💡 for all of us .

I know I will learn from this as we all will.

Yesterday marked the one-year anniversary of Henry Wallice Charles’s passing. He was a leading youth and policy development expert, author, founding member of the St Lucia National Youth Council and a fierce advocate for youth empowerment.

He was a passionate, disruptive and deeply caring youth worker, dedicating his whole life to the nurtuting, support and celebration of young people. His energy and spirt inspires us and many, many others to carry on doing what we do.

Robin represented grassroots youth workers at the inaugural meeting at Marlborough House last month. He spoke next to the likes of His Royal Highness Prince Edward and other heads of UK youth organisations, including London Youth and the National Youth Agency. We’re proud to be there, working, sharing the voice of and representing those who serve young people and their communities.
