Oakleigh Park Lawn Tennis & Squash Club Oakleigh Park Lawn Tennis and Squash Club is a friendly, family oriented members’ club and cornerstone for the local community in Whetstone N20.

Comprehensive facilities include 10 tennis courts, 4 squash/racketball courts, a compact, well equipped gym and recently-refurbished clubhouse and bar. Members have free limited weekend access to the onsite indoor swimming pool throughout the Summer. Tennis, squash and racketball (as well as the gym) are a great way to get fit, make friends and have fun, so whether you’re looking to play competiti

vely, developing your skills with group and individual coaching or just playing socially, the Club caters for all ages and standards. We run tennis, squash and racketball teams in the Middlesex Leagues, competitive internal leagues throughout the year and hotly contested Club tournaments. There’s regular club nights to meet and compete with a broad spectrum of members. An active social committee organises events throughout the year, making full use of the spacious clubhouse.
‘Pay & Play’ for both tennis and squash is available to non-members, though regular players may find membership a more economic option. We would love to have you come and see what Oakleigh Park LTSC is all about!

Are you an organised, proactive, and friendly individual looking for a flexible role in a welcoming environment?
We’re on the lookout for a Club Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract, to run our busy office at Oakleigh Park Tennis & Squash Club.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a vibrant community sports club where no two days are the same!
You will be running the office at Oakleigh Park Tennis & Squash Club. This is a great opportunity to be part of a vibrant community sports club where no two days are the same!

💼 Role: Club Manager
📍 Location: Office-based at Oakleigh Park Tennis & Squash Club
🕒 Hours: Flexible working options available

What you’ll be doing:
✅ Managing member communications and enquiries
✅ Supporting bookings and event coordination
✅ Assisting with basic financial administration, including record-keeping, invoicing, and liaising with the accountant
✅ Handling general admin tasks to keep the club running smoothly
✅ Leading site maintenance coordination, including contractor liaison and quote management
✅ Being a friendly face for visitors and members

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Strong organisational skills
✔️ Great communication and customer service
✔️ Confident with basic office software
✔️ A positive, can-do attitude

Registration is now open for junior squash coaching for the Spring 2026 term! We have sessions available for all levels and girls-only groups on Mondays and Thursdays!

We are also opening spots for the next round of Squash Explorers, an entry programme, £42 for the half-term and it includes their very own racket.
