Creativity doesn’t have to mean reinventing your whole class. Sometimes it’s as simple as taking a move you already know and giving it a new home.
Same exercise, different apparatus — that small swap is enough to wake up your clients’ minds. The unfamiliarity does the work for you: they can’t zone out, because their body has to figure something out again.
You don’t need a brand-new routine every week. You just need one familiar move, one new tool, and a fresh way to pay attention.
Try it in your next session — pick one exercise you always teach on the mat, and move it to the reformer, the chair, or the BOSU. Watch what happens to their focus.
Save this for your next class plan ✨
