Two years ago, Celeste started this journey with me. Today, I’m looking at these photos and feeling incredibly proud.
Celeste is a mum, a dog mum, and works full-time in a demanding corporate role. Like so many women, she wears a lot of hats. Yet she still showed up for herself and absolutely crushed this shred.
What made this phase different wasn’t just the outstanding physical transformation. Yes, she unlocked a whole new level in the gym, pushing heavier weights and proving to herself just how strong she is. But more importantly, she learned that progress doesn’t come from constantly pushing harder.
This time, she embraced recovery. She made space to rest, relax, and listen to her body. She found a balance between discipline and self-care, and I truly believe that’s reflected in these incredible results.
What makes me proudest isn’t the photos, although they are absolutely beautiful. It’s the mindset shift. The consistency. The discipline. The commitment to showing up for herself, week after week, even when life was busy.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching Celeste for around two years now, and one of my favourite parts of this job is when clients become friends. Over every shred, I live and breathe the journey alongside them. We celebrate the wins, navigate the challenges, and grow together. Building that bond is something I’ll never take for granted.
Celeste, you should be so proud of everything you’ve achieved. These results are a reflection of the work you’ve put in, but they’re also a reflection of the strong, resilient woman you’ve become along the way.
This is only the beginning, and I can’t wait to see what comes next. ❤️
