The Huskies are thrilled to welcome Max McEwan to the club for the upcoming season.

Still a young player with plenty of development ahead of him, Max joins us after progressing through the junior systems at Peterborough, Nottingham and Cardiff. Along the way he has gained valuable NIHL 2 experience while continuing to produce at junior level.

A hard-working utility player with a strong hockey background and plenty of potential, we’re excited to see what Max can bring in Huskies colours.

As we celebrate the Huskies’ 10th seasons we’ve delved into the archives to bring back some fan favourites. This year’s jerseys are classics with modern twists – honouring the past while looking to the future.
First up is our pink warm-up jersey, inspired by the iconic pink camo jerseys from previous seasons. A fresh take on a memorable design, it’s the perfect blend of tradition and style as we mark this special milestone.

🐺 DOUBLE RETURN CONFIRMED 🐺
The Huskies are pleased to confirm the return of two more familiar faces for the season ahead, with defenceman Cameron Pow ( #92) and utility Leo De Souza ( #84) both back in the pack.

Cameron enters his third season with the club and will be sporting a new number this year. Still eligible as a junior, he continues to develop into an exciting young defenceman with plenty of potential and valuable senior experience already under his belt.

Leo returns determined to make up for lost time after injury brought his season to an early end last year. A versatile player, he’ll be looking to get back on the ice and making an impact throughout the lineup.

Great to have both players back on board as we continue to build for the season ahead.

Not many gaps left to fill…

A familiar face returns to the Huskies crease. 🐺🥅

We’re delighted to welcome back netminder Luke Clark to the club after two seasons away. Having previously iced for the Huskies in 21/22 and 22/23, Luke returns bringing experience, composure and a mature game between the pipes.

A goalie who thrives in the big moments, Luke has built a reputation for stepping up when it matters most. His return adds quality, confidence and leadership to the roster for the season ahead.

This was Sam Sywak TODAY for his current team in Australia.

The young Aussie forward picks the pocket of one of the opposition’s top defencemen, leaves the second defenceman helpless behind the net, and finishes it off by beating the import goalie.

If that’s what he’s doing now, we can’t wait to see what he brings to the Huskies next season. 🐺🏒

Forward Oliver “Moose” Cooper returns for the 2026/27 season. Moose has now aged out of junior hockey and takes his place amongst the pack as a full senior player.

We’re delighted to see another product of the pathway from the Hounds continue his journey with the Huskies.
