New Adult Beginners Ballet Class – Now Enrolling

We are pleased to introduce a new Adult Beginners Ballet class, designed for those with little or no prior experience who wish to explore the fundamentals of classical ballet.

This class offers a welcoming and structured environment, focusing on posture, coordination, musicality, and foundational technique. Whether you are completely new to ballet or returning after a break, you will be supported by an experienced instructor in a relaxed yet focused setting.

BALLET CLUB - new class/social group starts 03/02/2022
A weekly ballet class for people 55+ (but all are welcome). From 14.00 - 15.00 on Thursdays at Nuffield Health Wimbledon. It is perfect for beginners and those with some experience. It is taught by professional dancer and teacher - Ben Garner ARAD AISTD. Ballet Club can be done either standing or seated. Members can also enjoy meeting for coffee and to watch dance. Adult Ballet Classes on Zoom

Ben Garner ARAD DipPDTD AISTD is offering 45 mins Zoom ballet classes. All are welcome

Monday - GENERAL LEVEL BALLET from 18.30 - 19.15 (suitable for beginners and those easing back into their dancing).
Tuesday - INTERMEDIATE LEVEL BALLET from 18.30 - 19.15 (suitable for those with a few years dance experience).

During his 12-year dance career Ben danced with the Lewis London Ballet Company, Ballet Creations of London, Adonais Ballet Company and in the cast of 8 West End productions.
